A FORCE IN RACING

The club starts the 2009 turf flat season with our strongest ever team. We recently enjoyed our 60th winner and believe the club is going from strength to strength.

We employ 4 of the best trainers in the country. We continue our long and successful relationship with Karl Burke as well as strengthening our ties with Derek Shaw. The unfortunate situation with Paul Blockley means we have inherited Roger Curtis. We are delighted however how our horse with Roger has been trained and are happy to stay in his yard. This year will see Tom Dascombe train for us. His record is fantastic and we are excited to be part of his team.

Unlike other "clubs" who offer a small one off fee where in reality you are just a name and a number we take great pride in providing exclusive syndications. We know everyone individually and being a member of MARC is a totally inclusive experience.

We are proud of our record to date but have an ambitious future mapped out. We aim to provide horses which will run at all levels and at all spheres of racing. The emphasis will be at improving the quality of our string but a 6 to 1 winner in a seller means the bookies pays out just as much if that was in a Group race. The gambling aspect of the club is very important but is not the be all and end all.
